All of the websites that I found wanted to point out that this occurs because of CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 2. However, after terminating the error instance and restarting the workflow, it used to run without any issues initially. That is currently my speculation. Since the error message is telling them to do that… I can’t really blame them. I found the following post, but it didn't provide any direction as to how it was accomplished.
