What changed from Cent3 to Cent4 that just totally flips Ghost's lid? I fixed the bad sectors (which chkdsk didn't find much less fix) with that nice little program called HDD Regenerator. Any input? So is ther another ard? I'm tempted to go take one that worked, re-image it and see what happens with a previously working drive. I have run scandisk successfuly.

  1. There is absolutely no reason to install the EZ-BIOS overlay on any system built in the last 4 years, and even before that if you upgrade the BIOS.

Is there any software (other than Norton) to examine the drive and possibly fix the problem? I was able to sucessfully clone 6 boxes with ghost 7.5 having CentOS 4.1 as the operating system.
