I tried restore, restore in disc mode, resetting in diagnostic, formatting(dont work), I checked it in disc mgmt mode(says healthy).....everytime i go to sync, it gives me the same error (-69)...new All playlists checked out fine, no corrupt files or anything. Error 69 appeared again of course but this time I remembered the last song that was synced and decided to remove it for now from the iPod and iTunes to see This error occurs when iTunes tries to send files to your iPod, but a file (or files) is unusable (something is wrong with it). check over here

To all the people I couldn't help, I don't work for Apple, so I did my own troubleshoot and it worked like a charm!
