Are you logging in with you details for this forum or for the main phpBB.com forum? So I thought I'd try and start again. But all of this does not occur on localhost. However, it works fine on our sandbox.

If this problem persists, please contact your JIRA administrators. The login info usually takes about an hour to be put into the user tables for the non-phpBB software on our forums.
